I am super excited to announce that for the next 42 days, my husband and I will be particpating in the 42Days2Fit Challenge. This is a 6 week process of only eating CLEAN foods and exercising about 5 times a week.
Since I have gotten married I have gained…. okay I’ll say it… close to… 15 pounds! Unacceptable!
Now let me tell you what I am not saying. I am not saying the “fat” word. My brain doesn’t have those sort of thoughts. I believe our bodies are temples (1 Corinthians 6:19) and that we need to watch what we eat and how we take care of it! That usually results in shedding a few pounds, feeling better and having more energy!
I have read through the challenge, which I received through my Healthy Living Bundle [ I will write another post on that website later.. let’s just say it’s AWESOME! 🙂 ] The woman who wrote it is a mother of 8 boys, so if she has time I know that we can make time too.
